POLYIMIDE FILM
Polyimide (PI) film is a thin film insulation material made by the condensation and casting of phthalic anhydride and diaminodiphenyl ether in a strongly polar solvent, followed by imidization.
PI film is yellow transparent with a relative density between 1.39 and 1.45. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, electrical insulation, adhesion, radiation resistance, and dielectric resistance, and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -269 ℃ to 280 ℃. It is widely used in high-tech fields such as aviation, aerospace, machinery, electrical engineering, atomic energy, microelectronics, liquid crystal displays, and has become an indispensable material in global rocket, aerospace and other technological fields.
For foldable phones, traditional glass materials are hard and fragile, and replacing traditional rigid glass substrates with flexible substrate materials is one of the key elements to achieve product flexibility. PI film has become the current flexible substrate material due to its excellent high temperature resistance, mechanical properties, and chemical stability.

Mainly used in the production of PE lithium battery separators; PP, PE sanitary breathable film: widely used in the fields of single and bi-directional stretch films such as PP, PE, PET, PS heat shrink packaging industry, as well as batteries in modern digital products such as mobile phones and laptops.
